- Strategic Talent Engagement: Design and execute high-level outreach strategies to identify and attract top-tier professionals.
- Consultative Selection: Lead structured professional discovery sessions to evaluate candidate suitability using our proprietary 4-step system.
- Leadership Mentorship: Guide new associates through our comprehensive integration process, providing strategic support and high-level training.
- Global Collaboration: Participate in strategy sessions with an international community of leaders to refine the brand’s global message.
◇ What We’re Looking For
- Executive Maturity: 7 to 15 plus years in HR, Talent Acquisition, Operations, or Senior Commercial Leadership.
- The “Brave” Mindset: A self-motivated leader who chooses power and leadership over excuses or fear.
- Operational Discipline: The ability to follow a proven, scripted business system while building your own unique professional brand.
- Communication Mastery: Professional, raw, and vulnerable communication style: we value leading alongside rather than guru energy.
