Director of Talent Acquisition

My client is a medical device emerging leader within medical technologies that specifically target multiple call points within dermatology and cosmetic/plastic surgery as well as therapeutic indications. They are seeking to hire a Director of Talent Acquisition to manage and lead the expansion of talent. The Director will be responsible for developing talent strategies, building a team of HRBP, Recruiters as well as collaborating with leadership on initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop talent strategies and objectives aligned with the organization’s initiatives
• Create organizational development solutions to enhance organization and individual performance
• Build a TA Team to manage segments of the business (commercial and non commercials
• Design and execution of workforce planning and talent strategies to support the growth and direction of the business
• Lead change management activities in support of business needs
• Support development of performance management process / metrics
• HR Operations; maintain cost / HR budget effectively, identify new and efficient system technologies and HR processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree, MBA preferred
• Min. 5-8+ years of Talent Acquisition Leadership experience with a growth-oriented company
• Min. 5+ years TA Management experience
• Experience within talent acquisition, growing sales organizations (commercialization)
• HR certification preferred
• Experience supporting large commercial organizations
• Experience with federal and state employment and wage laws/regulations
• Knowledge/familiarity of behavioral assessment tools
• Experience with a Global organization preferred
• Strong Human Capital, Change management, organizational development skills
• Ability to maintain high-level of confidentiality
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to travel as needed

Offering:

• Base Salary $150,000 – $200,000 (based on level of experience and industry experience)
• Bonus 25% + Equity
• ST/LT Incentive Bonus Potential
