Direct Table Foods Ltd Hiring for Training Co-Ordinator at St. Edmunds, ON Full Time

You will be responsible for ensuring that all new starters receive the best on-boarding experience and colleagues training is reviewed. updated and logged throughout their time with the business.

Key Accountabilities:
Coordinating the delivery of the company induction programme in partnership with line managers for all new colleagues in line with CPC Group standards.

Maintain accurate records of training completed and plan and book when further training is required. Internal and external training providers will need to be communicated with.

Work closely with operations to support with ‘on the job’ training and establish if additional training is required

Working with HRBP and Group LD Manager to ensure training is cost effective and within budget

Previous Experience:
Demonstrable experience of 3+ years in learning delivery and learning administration

CIPD certificate in training or Tap.cert

Experience of Manufacturing environment desirable
