To support the business, we’re recruiting for two People & Talent Partners to join us on a permanent basis.
As a People and Talent Partner you will partner ExCo members and through collaboration with them and their leadership teams, and with support from the Lead People Partner as needed, you will diagnose current and future workforce needs / plans and will provide strategic counsel, challenge and insight based on a deep understanding of how the business operates. You will proactively determine potential people implications and opportunities and will co-create solutions with HR CoEs and business stakeholders. You will prioritise focus and activity based on the greatest business need with highest commercial and people impact.
What you’ll be doing
Reporting into our Lead People Partner, you will support your ExCo stakeholders with embedding the People strategy into the business and supporting on strategic changes. Across our entire business, there’s some sort of transformation going on, whether it’s a tech, data, or people transformation, and our People Partners are truly critical in ensuring the functions stay aligned.
You will partner ExCo members and work closely with their leadership teams and colleagues across the HR function to lead strategic people discussions and diagnose current and future strategic workforce plans and associated activity across large scale business units.
