Administrative Assistant Job Description

Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Accountable to: STEM Ambassador Hub Manager – Senior Leadership Team

Salary: £16,000 per annum

Base: Commerce House, Millennium Way, Chesterfield, S41 8ND

Main function:

• To provide administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient running of specific projects
• To provide administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team to assist with day to day administration duties

Duties:

• Serving as the main point of contact for the company
• Scheduling meetings and travel arrangements
• Inputting data onto company spreadsheets and databases
• Answering calls and correspondences
• Ensuring deadlines are met
• Liaise with a range of people from employers, schools, colleages and senior leadership team
• Proof reading documents
• Support the planning of events
• Printing, scanning, photocopying and other administrative tasks
• Other reasonable duties

Working hours

You will be required to work 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday.
