Our client is a major UK brand relaunching at a site between Coventry and Birmingham which is growing extensively over the next 6-9 months. They urgently require a permanent HR Business Partner or HR Manager to work closely with the HR Director and assist with HR service delivery. This role will initially be working for home.
You will be the pivotal linchpin in the HR team supporting and driving the whole spectrum of the ‘employee lifecycle’ so every day will be truly different and as the company is growing exponentially you will be part of a successful, exhilarating, and exciting business and will undertake a rewarding personal development journey.
Main Responsibilities of the HR Business Partner:
– Actively contribute to the creation of the People Strategy with the HRD in line with the strategic and operational people plans and assist in ensuring its translation into respective business areas.
– Provide a responsive, high quality specialist people and employment law advice supporting managers on all aspects of the Human Resources and people functions.
– Build and maintain strong business relationships with relevant business leaders ensuring they are supported and coached to help improve business efficiencies
– Re-developing HR and People strategies, policies, processes to fully align with UK legislation & corporate plans.
– Provided guidance, coaching and training on people policies, processes and employment legislation.
– Up-skilling, and Coaching line managers and developing, implementing and embedding key HR initiatives.
– involved with career, succession and talent management practices.
