Software Developer

Job Description

We are looking for a Microsoft ASP.NET developer responsible for maintaining as well as adding new features using C#.net. Includes various intranet web sites and theirs pages using Microsoft SQL Server as the back end database. Modification of Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) reports is required as well. Your primary responsibilities will be to design and develop changes requested. Coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure. Using Microsoft TFS for source code control to maintain version histories associated with User Stories.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable C# code
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation
• Responsible for Unit Testing code

Experience

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience programming.
• Minimum 5+ years’ experience with MSSQL 2008 or MSSQL 2012 or MSSQL 2014 and Transact SQL
• Preferred 5+ years’ experience creating and maintaining web applications
• Supervisor experience preferred

Skills

• Experience with mobile responsive web design patterns using bootstrap (or other)

* Proficient in C#,

• Visual Studio 2012, 2015, 2017
• Familiarity with the .NET framework
• Skill for writing reusable C# libraries is helpful
• Familiar with various design and architectural patterns
• Microsoft SQL Server MSSQL 2012 or higher and Transact SQL
• Ability to Create and modify stored procedures and views
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server Reporting (SSRS) Services a plus.
• Writing clean, readable C# code
• Commenting your code changes for you and the Development Team
• Understanding of Microsoft TFS source code versioning tool
• Experience with JavaScript a plus
