Dip Braze, Inc Hiring for Accounting Assistant Job at Sun Valley, CA Full Time

We are looking for a skilled Office Assistant. Will be working in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.

We are looking for an individual with working experience in AR/AP, Data entry skills and a knack for numbers, must have a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

Job Duties (is not an exclusive list of duties but more of an overview):

Daily

* Print ACH/Wire remittances for approval

* Apply approved ACH/Wire payments

* Process and apply customer card payments

* Invoice all jobs shipped the night before

* Get invoices approved prior to posting

* File

* Answer phones

* Open and sort mail

* Match up invoices and PO’s

* Fill out Requests for Credit References from customer’s

Weekly

* Prepare Bank Deposit

* Apply A/R checks and any non A/R checks

* Print customer aging and review with Manager

Monthly

* Monthly Closing of the books

* Update the Outside Processing jobs

Yearly

* Assist in the year end closing with the Office Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 – $24.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Accounting: 2 years (Preferred)
