St. Petersburg Catholic High School is seeking applicants for a full-time English Teacher for the 2023-2024 school year.

We are seeking an experienced English teacher that has familiarity with Understanding by Design, Standards Based Grading, and integration of classroom technology, including using student technology to facilitate instruction and assessment. A preference will be given to teachers with a background in AP instruction and Dual Enrollment courses.

Required Qualifications:

A four year degree in English from an accredited college or university; master’s degree preferred.

Florida Department of Education Certification in the applicable subject area or statement of eligibility.

Previous teaching experience at the high school level.

Preference for previous AP and Dual Enrollment experience.

Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a Level II Background Screening.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
