PAY RANGE – $30-35/HR + OVERTIME (OVER 40 HOURS, TIME AND A HALF), DOE

Diligent is hiring Equipment Operators to perform safe and efficient operation on a variety of equipment – excavators, skid steers loaders, etc. This work is performed around south Florida on numerous construction sites.

We need self-starters with grit, determination who are happy to build outstanding relationships with our clients. We have tens of thousands of clients using Diligent, and we’re growing. If you love people, love to win, and want to be part of a team of building pioneers, we need your help.

What you’ll be doing:

• Putting Safety 1st!
• Delivering outstanding customer service
• Building long-term relationships with Diligent customers
• Operate a variety of equipment on construction sites
• Supporting the work of our plumbing team

• Ability to interpret various instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form

• Time management and organizational skills, including punctuality for on-time attendance
• Have a point of view but are humble!
