We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to support the Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) Program at USCIS. The ICAM Program deploys agile development strategies during the development, testing, and Quality Assurance process to provide the highest quality ICAM solutions to its USCIS and other Government business owners.

Position Responsibilities:

• Participate as a developer on an agile development team of 6-10 people, delivering high quality mission critical applications using modern application frameworks, cloud services, and DevSecOps pipelines.
• Work with developers, product managers, designers, and stakeholders, making decisions together to quickly deliver valuable working software to clients and their users.
• Deliver high-quality, reliable, and maintainable code.
• Work with UI/UX team members to develop effective and efficient user experiences for end users.
• Develop and deploy performant web applications in modern frameworks.
• Periodically provide on-call help desk support for production application.
• Participate in full scrum lifecycle processes including sprint planning, user story estimation, backlog grooming, and demonstration of functionality at sprint reviews.
