To support Talent Acquisition across Digitas and expertly advise on all matters relating to the hiring needs of the business, never taking an eye off the top talent in the market and striving to ensure that our hiring process is world class for candidate experience, calibration and creating a diverse, unrivalled workforce.

Every member of the Talent Acquisition team is a key player in our success, we lend our expertise as subject matter experts and recruiting aficionados to enable the business to make hiring decisions critical to the success of the company.

What will you do in this role:
✦ Support end to end hiring for Digitas from approval to offer

✦ Become an agency ambassador, developing strong internal relationships, and being able to confidently talk about our work, agency and culture to candidates

✦ Attend briefing meetings to understand in detail, the needs of hiring managers

✦ Use and advise on the appropriate channels and methods for sourcing / mapping candidates based on business needs

✦ Identify and use more complex sourcing techniques for those hard to fill roles

✦ Develop current techniques for candidate outreach further to ensure we are always able to engage the best-in-class people for our business

✦ Headhunting and identifying suitable candidates

✦ Managing a portfolio of candidates by remaining in close contact with individuals actively and passively seeking a new position

✦ Keeping the candidate database up to date and accurate to enable analysis of the hiring process

✦ Assess candidates thoroughly against brief and sell the opportunity based on their needs

✦ Seeking ways to best improve the hiring process through ad hoc projects i.e. redesign of job adverts etc
