Job Description
Salary: up to £26,000 p.a. DOE
Location: Home based (with some travel for staff meetings)

What you’ll be doing
Operational
You’ll be the bedrock of our team, providing administration support across the full lifecycle of our team members (which is code for anything and everything from new starters checks, sickness absence queries to ad-hoc queries or leavers)
Maintain our HRIS, Cascade. This means ensuring details are up to date, and accurate, or supporting with audits for example
Process amendments to employment contracts
Facilitate the onboarding checks for new starters with an external supplier. These checks consist of DBS, Reference and Right to Work checks
Raise purchase orders and facilitate the set-up of new suppliers
Leadership
Build relationships with suppliers and all team members
Adapt to the changing needs of the business and take on any new responsibilities relevant to the core nature of the role accordingly
Finance
Play your part to keep costs inline with budget. This includes getting things right first time and expenses
Qualifications
Proven experience in a HR administration role
CIPD qualified level 3 or above
Can confidently navigate our HRIS, Cascade or you have the ability to quickly pick this up
Exceptional communication skills with deep authenticity and enthusiasm
Willing to make decisions and include appropriate people in decision-making process; makes timely decisions
Resilient and adaptable personality with the maturity to deal with complex, sensitive matters
Digitally savvy, with solid demonstrable working knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite of applications, or be fully adept at picking it up quickly
Strong interpersonal skills and feel mega confident in a conversation at all levels
You’re a Jedi Knight when it comes to data, attention to detail and you love to follow a process. This is non-negotiable
