Lead Software Engineer | C#, Python, AWS, Javascript | Birmingham, Remote

A hands-on Lead Software Engineer with a polyglot mindset is sought after by an established Tech For Good company in the Birmingham area. With a solid base of capital and continued (and growing) annual investment, they need an experienced engineering leader to join their team and work on the data-led development of their market-leading, Non-Invasive Health Care products.

This role is remote for those living in the West Midlands area with visits to their Birmingham office.

They are looking for a Lead Software Engineer who fits the criteria below:

• At least 6 years experience in a software development focussed position
• At least 2 years of commercial experience in a Software lead/management role
• Experience in managing multiple squads containing at least 6 engineers in each squad
• Strong open source development skills, ideally C# (ASP.net Core), Python but not limited to Javascript, AWS, Node.JS, etc.
• Experience in designing and implementing REST APIs

Package

• Salary between £70,000 to £95,000 depending on experience
