What You’d Be Doing In This Role

Whilst no two days are the same, this role will see you hands on in all areas of paid media; our client is an innovative agency that has evolved beyond the traditional agency and offers high end, advanced digital work to their clients.

At The Moment, This Role Is Focused On

• Working closely with clients: build strong relationships and become the trusted partner for your clients
• Hands on the tools: you’ll be running paid media campaigns across Google ads, Bing, Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok
• Diversify your Google knowledge: run campaigns across Google Performance Max, Shopping, Display, YouTube and Remarketing
• Driving campaigns across ecommerce and marketing automation
• Being at the forefront of all things search: develop Paid Search audits, competitor and marketing analysis.
• Client results: you’ll be results focussed and lead the way in evolving campaigns and developing split testing to improve ROI.
• Constantly evolving campaigns and split testing to improve ROI.

You’re probably a match if

• you have extensive experience in paid media campaigns, especially with a search focus
• you have a proven track record of delivering great PPC results such as increasing ROI and lowering CPA’s
• you’re background is predominately in Google Ads and Facebook Ads
• you work well in a high performing group, motivated by others and the company
• you’re a real people person, building engaging relationships with key team members and clients
• you have an ability to think strategically and operationally, with the technical expertise to uphold high standards of excellence
• you have the ability to adapt best practices to a fast paced digital agency with a collaborative culture
• You’re confident in your own voice and your ability, you’re goal and outcomes orientated

About The Team

You’ll be joining a team of 14 digital marketing specialists, who come together to form an agency that has been helping Australian and international businesses succeed online, with genuine customer service and real, tangible results. They run a seamless operation to maximise traffic and leads for every channel, from search engines and advertising channels to advanced conversion optimisation and website development.
