Your role
We are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join our Human Resources team on a 12 Month FTC for maternity cover. Acting as the first point of contact for all employees, you will coach and develop colleagues in scope, monitoring the proper implementation of HR policies in accordance with legislation and guidance. You will support with performance management, training and development and you will deliver advice to managers on all employee relations and absence cases. You will also work with our payroll team, providing monthly reporting and managing the company’s payroll and pension. The successful applicant will have a generalist background and will be responsible for certain client groups.
What you’ll need
Knowledge of current employment law
A high level of diplomacy and confidentiality
Ability to work autonomously and be a team player
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience in an International / Matrix Organisation
High attention to detail and ability to deliver accuracy in a timely manner
Proven experience of handling employee relations queries and payroll reporting.
Ability to manage conflicting priorities and workload to meet deadlines
Ability to establish and build effective relationships with stakeholders
CIPD qualified, or equivalent working experience
