Compensation: $100,000 Annually

They are seeking an experienced and results-driven SEO Specialist to join their marketing team. The SEO Specialist will play a crucial role in optimizing the website and improving its visibility in search engine rankings. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of search engine optimization strategies and best practices, along with the ability to analyze data and implement effective SEO tactics to drive organic traffic and improve conversions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies to enhance the visibility and ranking of the website in search engine results pages (SERPs).
• Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify target keywords and phrases with high search volume and low competition.
• Optimize on-page elements, including meta tags, headings, URLs, and content, to align with target keywords and improve organic search performance.
• Perform technical SEO audits to identify and resolve website issues that may negatively impact search engine rankings, such as crawl errors, broken links, and page load speed.
• Develop and implement link-building strategies to increase the number and quality of inbound links to the website, utilizing ethical and white-hat SEO practices.
• Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO auditing software.
• Identify opportunities for content optimization and collaborate with the content team to create them.
• SEO-friendly content that aligns with target keywords and user intent.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in SEO to ensure the company remains competitive in search rankings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, web development, and design, to align SEO initiatives with overall marketing objectives and website enhancements.
• Provide regular ing and analysis of key SEO metrics, including organic traffic, keyword rankings, conversion rates, and user engagement, to track progress and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, computer science, or a related field.
• Proven experience working as an SEO Specialist or in a similar role, with a track record of successfully improving organic search performance.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
• Proficiency in using SEO tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Semrush, Moz, or similar.
• Knowledge of on-page and off-page SEO techniques, including keyword research, content optimization, link building, and technical SEO.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website development principles to effectively communicate with web development teams.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate SEO concepts and strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• A passion for staying updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry developments.
