Job Title: Marketing Manager

Job Type: Full-Time

Location: Boise, ID, Onsite, M-F (with flexibility to work from home 2 weeks per year/situational)

Compensation: $75,000 to $95,000 Annually + Benefits

Some of the responsibilities you’ll encounter include:

• Lead the development of the marketing vision for the organization.
• Create comprehensive marketing strategies for awareness, growth, and retention.
• Leading and training a team of marketing associates.
• Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies.
• Measure and on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight, and assess against goals.
• Plan and execute campaigns for digital programs, email, sales support, and internal communications.
• Work closely with sales leadership on outbound sales and customer meetings.
• Manage marketing budgets and expenditures (Google Ads).
• Lead audience segmentation, testing, tracking, results ing, analyses, and recommendations (Google Analytics and HubSpot).
• Responsible for producing valuable content for the company’s digital presence and supervising the design and organization of the company’s social media.
• Conduct general market research to stay on top of trends and competitors.
• Ability to communicate effectively in speech and writing.

Skills that will be beneficial include:

• Demonstrable experience in marketing, together with the potential and attitude required to learn.
• Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across-channel marketing campaigns that engage, educate, and motivate.
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
• Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics, and processing figures with spreadsheets.
• Ability to communicate effectively in speech and writing.
• up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
• SEO and PPC experience.
