DigiSphere Marketing is looking for an outgoing, positive, high energy, people person to join out Account Management team.

This is an in house position to work IN OUR OFFICES IN SARASOTA FLORIDA.

We are a full service digital marketing agency looking for the right person to join our Digi Family. As an account manager at DigiSphere Marketing you will be representing the company to our customers by growing your relationship with them, going over their monthly ing with them, being available to assist in their needs and communicate their needs to our internal staff, and more.

Job Specifications

The Account Manager is responsible for the following products and services offered by our companies:

• Meet with clients on a monthly basis via phone and email throughout entire month

• Review and send ing to clients once a month, or when requested by client

• Strategize with clients and all departments on a monthly basis to ensure optimal results

• Review ing on a regular basis and speak to appropriate departments regarding any issues

• Gather specials for PPC ad copy and slide/specials page updates on a monthly basis

• Complete sign up forms, when applicable, and reach out to clients to gain all necessary logins and other information

• Schedule and run strategy calls between clients and team members

• Liaise between team members and clients whenever necessary

• Send in ticket requests from clients, check on the status of tickets, and inform clients when tickets have been completed

Essential Functions

• Meet attendance requirements, 5 days per week from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Lunch or other breaks are optional.

• Remain in stationary position for up to 8 hours per day

• Keep working space clean, respect your neighbors and contribute positively to the environment

• Answer phones periodically and direct callers to the appropriate department/person

• Self-discipline and thrive in a casual environment

• Use effective verbal and written communication with co-workers and clients

• Learn technical or other material as demanded by the industry and position

• Handle confidential information

• Operate computer and keyboard as required by the position

• Complete position-related tasks in a timely manner as required by the position

• Coordinate with team members and other departments on company-wide projects
