Digimatiq Marketing is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Analyst to join our fast-growing marketing team. Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret marketing data from various digital channels, such as social media, email marketing, paid search, display advertising, and content marketing.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive marketing dashboards, tracking KPIs and providing actionable insights to improve campaign performance and optimize ROI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and product teams, to develop data-driven marketing strategies and tactics.
• Conduct A/B testing and multivariate analysis to optimize landing pages, email campaigns, and ad creative.
• Monitor and on the performance of competitors’ digital marketing activities, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure our digital marketing efforts remain cutting-edge and effective.
• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing attribution models to better understand the customer journey and marketing touchpoints.
• Continuously improve and automate data collection and ing processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing analysis, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital marketing analytics tools.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools, such as Google Data Studio.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with the ability to draw data-driven insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in A/B testing, multivariate analysis, and conversion rate optimization.
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and content marketing strategies.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Google Analytics or other relevant digital marketing analytics certifications.
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms, such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Knowledge of programming languages, such as Python or R, for data manipulation and analysis.
