Dicks and Company Hiring for Customer Service Representative at St. John’s, NL Full Time

Our main distribution centre and head office, located in St. John’s, is a 30,000 square foot facility with over 8,000 products in stock.

We are currently hiring a Customer Service Representative. The successful candidate will answer inquiries by phone, e-mail, web chat, or social media. They will enter sales orders, handle concerns, returns, or other issues. Their job is to help ensure customer satisfaction. Customer Service Representatives also help promote continued customer interest in the company’s products or services.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 30-40 per week

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• St. John’s, NL: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

• Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

• Customer Support & Client Services Occupations: 1 year (preferred)
