Oregon accounting firm has an opening for a full time Senior or Staff level accounting position with 0 to 5+ years of experience in public accounting. Our firm operates year round and provides income tax services, financial statement preparation, auditing, compilations, reviews, bookkeeping, payroll, and retirement plan services. Desired skills and experience include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field required (advanced degree is preferred)
• Financial statement preparation experience.
• Experience performing audits, reviews and compilations.
• Individual and business income tax experience.
• Governmental auditing experience.
• CPA certification or CPA candidate.
• Ability to work as a team and to make suggestions to enhance processes and procedures.
• Good judgement and decision making ability.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and to work within budgetary and time constraints.
• Good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with auditing software and tools. (CCH ProSystem Engagement and Checkpoint tools preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
