Office Assistant

Job Description:

Dicalite Management Group is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Office Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Office Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like MS Excel and office equipment. Ultimately, a successful Office Assistant should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office.

Duties, Responsibilities, and Expectations:

• Answer phones, take messages, and return messages
• Answer calls from outside sales reps
• Assist in the preparation of s and other documents
• Be familiar with all company policies and procedures
• Answer general office questions and provide assistance to visitors or customers via phone or email as needed
• Make copies or prepare documents for distribution
• Maintain contact lists
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager or owner

Skills:

• Knowledge in office management systems and procedures
• Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $15.50-$28.17 per hour
