Operations Manager – The Role:

As an Operations Manager at our DiBro site, you will be leading a team of skilled production operatives who strive to execute the delivery of our decoration solutions to our growing customer base. Our pace is fast, but our dedication to craft and quality is second to none. Every day we roll up our sleeves to tackle today’s challenges and tomorrow’s ideas for the industry, and we are looking for a standout Operations Manager to join our team.

Operations Manager – You:

– Strong background and knowledge in a manufacturing setting

– Ability to lead and motivate the team.

– Ability to drive production – reviewing efficiencies and developing process and process control (complete view of all business operations and workflow processes)

– Being involved in new product development and innovations

– Liaising with suppliers

– Day to day responsibility for the site operation, including team member and health & safety

– Be a strong people leader with the ability to develop and mentor your team

– Analyse all transactions and evaluate if gross profit is in line with margin goals

– Be the point of escalation for any day-to-day issues

– Excellent customer service, working as a point of contact for DiBro customers

– Achieves an operating income greater than or equal to budget; monitors expenses and reduces costs; maintains the location facility

– Strong working knowledge of all MSFT Suite products that include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
