Diamond Assisted Living and Memory Care Facility Hiring for Marketing Director Full Time

We are looking for a Marketing & Sales Specialist with a high knowledge of field and also Social Media/ Digital Marketing who can build strong relationships in person and also virtually to grow our business as an Assisted Living and Memory Care facility through a quality and time-efficient increase in the resident’s census.

IMPORTANT: PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN ASSISTED LIVING MARKETING (LIVE AND VIRTUAL) IS ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY.

Job Expectations:

· Grow the business as an Assisted Living & MC living facility through an increase in the residents’ census

· Build strong connection with the referral sources like rehabs, long term care facilities, hospitals, doctors offices and so on

• Field marketing

· Performing high quality tours in the facility to attract more residents

• Build relationship and trust with the current residents and families, and also the prospect ones

· Research competitors’ pricing and products

• Decide on appropriate placement of ads
• Plan informational campaigns & events
• Create Inbound and outbound marketing strategies
• Publish digital marketing content online

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
