Exciting opportunity to join a team of highly motivated and energized professionals. The Nephrology Clinical Specialist functions as the coordinator of clinical staff orientation, training and re-training/in-services and collaborates with other care providers and team members to provide safe, quality patient care. The NCS also ensures staff licensure, certification, training (and documentation) consistently meets survey readiness standards and reviews QAPI data to determine areas of strengths and opportunities. Identifies/develops/runs training programs to correct any deficiencies.
