Dialog Semiconductor Hiring for HR Project Manager at Reading Full Time

Support strategic, global M&A Integration projects across the HR Functions while ensuring effective and efficient execution

Understand current state of HR policies, tools, and processes of the acquired entity and execute a high-level plan aimed towards integrating the variant people, tools and processes

Follow-up on the implementation status of integration actions defined in the due-diligence report

Support and project-manage a variety of other transformation and change programs including restructuring, organizational development, HR model transformation and strategic workforce planning

Working on projects with global reach, collaborating with centers of expertise (COEs), HR Business Partners and Regional HR teams across the organisation

This is a newly created role, reporting into and working closely together with the VP of HR

Location of the role can be any Renesas employing country in EMEA. The work can be executed from a Renesas office, remotely or hybrid

What we are looking for

Several years of relevant experience in Organisational Development and international M&A

Strong analytical skills with experience in due diligence and people analytics

TUPE experience is a plus

Project management experience in transformation programs

Change management skills particularly in communication planning and engagement

Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills

Ability to work globally, collaborate effectively in a diverse and dispersed team

Very good English language skills are essential due to the global nature of the role
