Position Overview
This regional position will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization. Work hand in hand with assigned communities to fill open positions timely and with individuals that meet Dial standards.
Essential Job Responsibilities
· Source, screen, interview, and recommend prospective team members to hiring managers for all departments within region.
· Manage candidate engagement by ensuring they have a complete understanding and realistic picture of job responsibilities, compensation, schedule requirements, benefits, company history, and senior living.
· Oversee the interview process including the preparation of interview questions, selection materials, and candidate follow up.
· Establish and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, including collaborating to understand their needs.
· Assess the candidate’s knowledge, skills, and experience to place in open positions.
· Create and foster relationships with high schools, colleges/universities, and professional organizations to attract and recruit the most qualified candidates and increase diversity of candidate pool.
· Set innovate sourcing strategies and continually update as new developments or technologies are established.
· Ensure all candidates are entered into applicant tracking system through ADP.
· Recommend changes to online job postings for specific area based on changing business needs and tracking results of said postings.
· Promote the organization by attending and participating in job fairs and recruiting sessions. Develop onsite hiring events to bring candidates to the worksite.
· Track candidate activity and provide recruiting status reports.
· Remain in compliance with state and local hiring regulations and adhere to company and department standard operating procedures.
· Other duties as assigned.
Education, Experience and Other Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience required
· Minimum 3 years managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process
· Covid-19 vaccine, or willingness to obtain; accommodations will be considered
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles
· Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative
· Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
· Familiarity with law, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment
· Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to connect with variety of individuals
· Ability to travel within assigned region

· Proficient with ADP and Indeed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
