About the Role:
The Talent Engagement Manager is a critical stakeholder relationship role that is focused on working with the business to understand their priorities and to support these by finding talented and collaborative people that will bring our purpose to life. The role is also key to ensuring an excellent candidate and line manager experience. This role is deeply connected to the function and enables business performance delivery through consistent high execution.
Experience of recruiting across Engineering, Procurement or Science based roles would be an advantage.
About You:
You will have an in-depth understanding of the full recruitment cycle from attraction to offer and be able to use pipelining and headhunting to find exceptional people.
You will be able to work collaboratively as part of a team to attract talented people as well as excellent stakeholder management.
