Main responsibilities:

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is the main contact between the Retailers selling Diadora and the Company itself.

They are responsible for maintaining and managing the day-to-day operations with our Retailers; highlighting and processing all situations involving the appropriate internal and external resources.

Their role may cover the execution of the following processes according to current business policies, procedures, and checklists (in varying degrees of complexity and independence).

CSR s to the Customer Service Team Leader and will be in charge of the following activities:

Customer Service:

• Order Management including order entry, tracking, changes, portfolio maintenance and troubleshooting via SAP, Forsales, EDI, and eCommerce platforms
• Replenish, monitor and bill consignment and wholesale accounts
• Manage varying order types: pre-season, reorders, samples, free of charge, and POP
• Maintain a Customer Master Data document containing sales area data, CMIR, discounts, VAS stipulations, and routing guides
• Process the return of defective and non-defective goods
• Provide order confirmations and delivery status
• Update shipment manuals in collaboration with other departments
• Assist with new account creation

Key requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in conjunction with a minimum 2 years of Customer Service experience, or equal Sales / Supply Chain experience with an ability to deal with customers professionally.
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP knowledge preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Willingness to travel occasionally to accounts, exhibitions and trade shows
