An exciting opportunity has arisen for a 111 HR Recruitment Officer to provide the full remit of recruitment expertise across our sites. Reporting to the Recruitment Business Partner, the successful applicant will provide a complete approach to the recruitment lifecycle ensuring the full process from initial communication to interview/assessment, offer and on-boarding is carried out professionally and efficiently, ensuring a positive candidate experience. The role is very fast paced and requires resilience and determination to succeed, whilst maintaining a warm personality and a good sense of humour
