A vacancy has arisen for a HR Business Partner to work within the 111 Human Resources Team. This is a superb opportunity for an experienced generalist HR practitioner to join a dynamic Division in a diverse and interesting role.
Reporting to the Deputy Director of People, the successful applicant will be proactively involved in the following key areas:
Partner and collaborate with staff and management to deliver people solutions to meet business objectives and create an environment of positive people management
Managing complex employment relations cases to satisfactory conclusions
Undertaking HR projects, including training delivery and organisational development programmes
Creating reports for the Head of HR/Senior Management Team as required
Supervising and developing team members
You will work alongside HR advisory professionals and peers and will be keen to share best practice and knowledge. Naturally upbeat, you will enjoy the daily challenges that HR brings. You will hold innate high standards of ethics and integrity with the ability to hold others to account for the same.
You will need:
CIPD qualification at minimum Level 5 and/or working towards or equivalent practical experience (Maths & English GCSE or equivalent also)
Significant generalist HR experience covering a wide spectrum, including TUPE transfers, absence/performance management, recruitment, complex employment relations issues
Up to date knowledge of employment law and best practice
The ability to think creatively and influence stakeholders
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Resilience, determination and commitment
