Role Summary

The main purpose of the E-commerce Content Analyst is to improve and maintain our e-commerce presence and digital content. In this role, you will be tasked with analyzing key metrics around content on all customer portals to include Amazon, Wayfair, Overstock, Walmart, and all other portals.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, analyze, and update the customer portals to insure we are providing best in class content.
• Capture all digital assets from Creative Director and update all portals with content to include A+, Storefronts, and DTC.
• Maintain the product master template to create customer specific templates.
• Identify key areas for improvements, such as audience, acquisition, behavior, and conversions.
• Analyze pre and post promotional activity that supports the sales team and provides content that drives high conversions from images, ad copy, titles, and video.
• Transform e-commerce data into operational insights for DTC, marketplaces, and B2B Channels.
• Research competitors, alternative markets, and opportunities in the e-commerce space.
• Brainstorm ideas to enhance and transform the company’s e-commerce approach.
• Develop e-commerce processes and solutions in conjunction with marketing and sales.
• Assist in generating best in class PDP’s.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, or data science.
• A minimum of 4 years’ experience in digital economies and e-commerce.
• In-depth understanding of customer metrics for PDP’s and customer portals such as Amazon Seller Central, Wayfair Partner Home, Supplier Oasis and Walmart Seller Central.
• Knowledge of important e-commerce terminology and measures.
• Highly organized, analytical, and technically minded.
• Excellent writing and presentation abilities.
• Able to orient data analytics insights with the end-user in mind.
• Professional, punctual, and goal driven.
• A team player with great communication skills.
