The Opportunity

Due to business growth, this is a newly created role within the Dexus Listed Finance team. It presents a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Property professional to really utilise their industry knowledge and technical expertise to help drive insights on an exciting portfolio of Office and Industrial assets across Australia

The role

The Property Finance Manager will be responsible for the delivery of financial and accounting services across the Dexus portfolio, partnering with Asset and Leasing Managers, Development and Performance Analysts to deliver actuals, forecasts and budgets that provide insights to the business that enhance decision making and maximise commercial success.

About you

We are looking for a technically strong Senior Accountant or Finance Manager with demonstrated experience and knowledge within a property or real estate organisation, who over the years has developed strong stakeholder management skills and can effortlessly partner with and influence stakeholders both internally and externally. The ideal candidate will be CA/CPA qualified and have at least 4 years’ accounting experience ideally within property management and/or portfolio reporting. You will be ambitious, driven, a strong communicator and present the ability to solve problems independently but also relish the opportunity to collaborate within your team and the wider business.
