The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven, and passionate Finance professional who enjoys business partnering and mentoring, to join the Dexus Listed Finance team as Finance Manager over a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.

The role

The Finance Manager will partner with the business to ensure accuracy of accounting records, timely delivery of statutory financial statements, tax compliance and associated reporting for the Dexus Operations Trust and its subsidiaries. In collaboration with the Transactions and Reporting team and other senior leaders across Finance, you will proactively assist in identifying and driving process improvements, within the corporate finance space.

About you

We are looking for a technically strong candidate who is quite agile in their thinking style, enabling them to not only embrace change but also promote it. You will be CA/CPA qualified and have minimum 5 years post qualification experience in a corporate accounting role or have had prior exposure to a corporate environment. Over your career you will have developed a real knack for building relationships with your stakeholders, enabling you to diplomatically manage and influence at any level, with ease. You will present leadership capabilities yet be willing to roll up your sleeves when needed.
