The role – what you’ll do
We are seeking a new General Manager to lead our APAC region, which includes the direct leadership of the sales function. ing to our CRO, Glen Foster (https://www.linkedin.com/in/glenfoster1/ ) who is based in London, you’ll provide leadership and direction for the APAC organisation, including setting goals, inspiring and motivating staff, and promoting a positive and productive work culture.
The new GM will represent Dext externally as the Country Leader for APAC, building relationships with key stakeholders in the market. The role will involve identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including market research and analysis, partnership development, and new product or service offerings.
Finally, the new GM will be expected to be an expert in local market conditions and needs, and ensure other functions (esp. Marketing Product, CS) understand those needs, and hold them accountable for delivering to them.
