Role: Country Sales Head

The Country Sales Head leveraging over 12+ years of expertise, is entrusted with establishing and growing DevX’s presence in this new market. You will be responsible for creating and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to drive business growth, foster client relationships, and lead a sales team to success. In addition to sales, you will be the driving force behind our expansion efforts, deep understanding of the Australian commercial real estate market, a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, and the ability to build a strong client network.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the market entry processes and expansion plans for DevX in Australia, including the exploration and selection of new center locations.

• Develop and execute a robust sales and business development process to achieve revenue and growth targets.

• Build and manage a high-performance sales team, providing coaching, mentoring, and guidance to ensure they meet. 

• Play a pivotal role in the recruitment of key personnel, including senior management and sales staff, to build a strong local team.

• Identify, engage, and acquire new clients through a consultative sales approach, focusing on delivering tailored solutions to meet their needs.

• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform business strategy.

• Collaborate with property owners and landlords to secure new locations for DevX centers.

• Regularly on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, marketing, and finance, to ensure the successful operation of centers in Australia.
