The P&C team at Development Victoria love partnering with our people to achieve meaningful business outcomes that everyone can be proud of! Reporting to the Executive Director – P&C, this newly created role will take ownership for the identification, sourcing, assessment and engagement of best-fit talent for Development Victoria.
Partnering closely with the P&C team and business leaders, the role will develop and execute effective recruitment strategies, campaigns and processes that deliver high quality outcomes, while continually seeking to promote and enhance our employer brand. This opportunity would suit an energetic and engaging talent specialist seeking a challenging and rewarding role, coupled with flexible working arrangements in a supportive and professional team environment. You will understand and promote the benefits of diversity and inclusion through contemporary recruitment processes and will leverage your knowledge of recruitment best practice to enhance the recruitment experience for all stakeholders, including hiring managers and candidates.
You will have previous experience designing sourcing strategies and using recruitment technology (i.e. LinkedIn, Seek, candidate management systems) to deliver great results. Your strong organisational awareness (i.e. understanding of a business’ purpose, direction and culture), relationship management and influencing skills mean that you are a fantastic partner for the business in all things recruitment and selection.
