The Digital Apprentice is responsible for sourcing, drafting and scheduling digital content for DCI’s social media and content marketing clients to inform and engage both business and consumer audiences. This position partners closely with account leaders and other internal stakeholders to craft and manage compelling and engaging social media content, blogs and email campaigns that help our clients attract investment to their regions. Ultimately, this candidate will need to collaborate across other digital functions to deliver integrated campaigns that help our clients meet their business objectives in the most efficient manner.

This is a 6 month apprenticeship that has the opportunity to turn into a full time position.

Qualifications:

• We are seeking applicants with a bachelor’s degree and relevant internship experience in social media, blog management, email marketing, digital media or another communications-related field
• Social media copywriting skills, as well as skills/interest in longer-form copywriting for blogs and email marketing
• Comfortability with social media platforms (primarily Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok)
• While not required, familiarity or experience with communication and project management tools are a plus (such as Microsoft Teams, Wrike, Sprout Social)
• Effective at managing multiple and quickly changing priorities in a dynamic environment
• Ability to receive and implement feedback consistently and effectively
• Extremely organized with an attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Applicants must be U.S. citizens or have all necessary approvals to live/work in the U.S.
