Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant – What is recruitment?

Recruitment is essentially a sales role and it’s the purest form of sales, as you are selling people to people. You will be selling the top 10% of candidates to potential clients.

The great thing about recruitment is that it is a performance and commission based role! So, when you’re doing well so is your bank account! You will get a basic salary of £22,000 and have the potential to earn unlimited commission on top of that!

Requirements of a Graduate Recruitment Consultant:

• University Degree – 2.1 Classification minimum
• Sales experience (not essential but helpful)
