Elle Selle we are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Call Center Agent. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving customer inquiries or concerns.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries or concerns in a professional and timely manner
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote our products and services
• Provide customers with accurate and detailed information about our products and services
• Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a calm and professional manner
• Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns or exchanges
• Maintain customer records by accurately updating account information

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications

$850 – $1150week
