DevCare Solutions Hiring for Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter at Westerville, OH Full Time

This role is responsible for supporting the Talent Acquisition team by providing general administrative work-

• Schedule interviews
• Monitor candidate backgrounds
• Track candidate activity
• Follow up with candidates and managers as needed
• Assist with hiring/onboarding tasks
• Assist with contractor conversions
• Project work as needed

Basic Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 or more years in a high-volume administrative role working on and resolving complex tasks.
• Proficient with Microsoft products, specifically Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Prior experience in hiring candidates for full-time roles (Contract to hire, Direct hire).
• strong communication, organizational skills, and ability to be flexible with assigned tasks

Preferred Qualifications

• Excellent in customer service, highly motivated, focused, and goal-oriented
• Must have excellent written and verbal (face-to-face and phone) communication skills including professional grammar and demeanor
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, planning, and follow-up
• Ability to multi-task PC and internet proficiency
• Prior background in HR/Talent Acquisition

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
