Responsibilities and Duties
1. Respond to questions, inquiries, amendments, etc from TP providers
2. Maintain tracking spreadsheets related to tp errors, duplicates, etc,
3. Review the possible duplicate records for any issues or indication that it could have been entered in error and then reach out to the facilities and providers and inquire about the possible duplicates and follow up with non-responsive providers
4. Data entry for abortion complication s
5. Assist in the production and verification of media, researcher, state s
6. Daily checking of the Medical Pending, Affirmation Required, and Registration Approval Queues to ensure no records miss timely registration because of State staff.
Necessary Skills Contractor Must Possess
1. Individual must be data and data quality oriented. The goal of the data quality team is to maintain and improve the quality of data Vital Records produces and all team members should have this goal in mind when completing daily duties.
2. The individual needs to be detail oriented. Responsibilities of this position will be heavily involved with data cleaning, maintenance of multiple spreadsheets tracking many different data, and identifying errors or potential duplicated records.
3. The individual must have strong communication skills and be patient enough to converse with difficult physicians and facility staff. Customer oriented service is a major portion of the position, as we communicate with the community providers almost daily.
4. Individual must possess sufficient skills using Microsoft Office applications, including but not limited to Word, Excel, Access, and Teams.
5. Individual must possess strong work ethic and strong independent working skills. Many aspects of this position are independent work reviewing large sets of data.
