Corporate Title Assistant Vice President
The Human Resources (HR) Service Platforms Team has been rebuilt and is responsible for both the Run the Bank and Change the Bank programmes, which are related to the HR Service Platforms and Workday.
Your focus topics will be primarily determined by key programmes for the Bank, for example, Postbank integration (HR platform integration) and Future of Work (the aim is to increase the user experience for employees within the HR processes). You will also be involved with areas such as Workday Core, Data, Security and Reporting.

Your key responsibilities
Manage Workday product areas on a day to day basis including maintenance of the product and agreeing and driving new changes and reporting requirements
Run process gap analysis and discovery workshops for programme deliverables, keeping track of regulatory loopholes and managing the JIRA backlog
Support the impact team in reaching milestones during the Postbank integration and other programme plans. Providing support during Postbank hyper care phase with subject matter expertise
Support the projects with in-tribe testing and user acceptance testing (UAT)
Provide functional support during implementation as well as in the hyper-care period to ensure a smooth transition
Your skills and experience
Good understanding and experience in Change the Bank programmes of a bank or in the environment of a large, international corporation, taking into account change management theories (psychology in change processes)
Practical experience in the field of process support as well as conflict resolution in the field of tension between different stakeholder interests
Workday knowledge and experience – functional analysis
Good stakeholder and relationship management including negotiating skills across several hierarchical levels in local and virtual teams
Strong communication skills to support HR and the stakeholders (who are spread across many areas of the Bank) in achieving the respective transformation goal
