Who We’re Looking For:

The Marketing Division is looking for a Business Analyst who will be Responsible for all analysis & planning for the marketing team. The position includes managing and identifying key performance indicators for the centers and developing action plans for the opportunities; financial modeling for all new initiatives and programs; identification & analysis of market business planning for existing and new center growth; post-audits of all programs; and key developer of the overall marketing business plan.

Essential Job Functions:

• Communicates as the key liaison between support groups and the centers providing impartial analysis of operating trends.
• Communicates and maintains with marketing heads and company area managers key performance indicators in their areas of business.
• Post-audits all center initiatives; marketing programs; and correlates ROI with projections.
• Works with operations on market business planning for future growth.
• Coordinates and monitors all budgets for the marketing department and tracks progress on a periodic basis.
• Creates financial models and “what-ifs” to help in forecasting business.
• Attends all operations and marketing meetings and where applicable, establishes relationships with key support group leaders and operations to identify needs.
• Identifies business processes and financial ing that can be run more efficiently.

Requirements:

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting or finance, or related field
• At least two years of experience in financial analysis or equivalent analytical experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, while managing multiple deadlines
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Suite, especially Excel.
• Proficiency in using marketing analytics platforms and tools such as Google Analytics, Power BI etc.
• Background in SQL, Python or R is a plus.
• Desire to improve processes and take initiative.
• Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written capacities to varying levels of leadership.
• Ability to communicate across departments throughout all tasks.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• **Good understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing is a plus. **
