Seasonal – Full time – Part time – On call

Reporting to the Customer Care and Lodging Team Leader, the customer service attendant will respond to customer inquiries by phone or in person regarding golf, hotel, and skiing. Customer satisfaction being at the heart of concerns, the agent should, without being limited to;

MAIN TASKS

• Ensure customer satisfaction during and after consumption of the product or service;
• Resolve any problems or unforeseen circumstances;
• Provide information on Destination Owl’s Head services by phone, email or in person;
• Provide information about our packages and promotions in order to make personalized sales to the customer;
• Collect payments;
• Maintain inventories of information materials;
• Compile customer and visitor statistics;
• Receive and process customer complaints;
• Greet and check-in hotel guests;
• Perform any other task that may be assigned by his immediate supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS, SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in a customer service position;
• Knowledge of the ski, golf, and hotel industry (asset);
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to work with different computer systems;
• Have a strong concern for customer service;
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment;
• Ability to stand upright throughout the work period;
• Excellent command of French and knowledge of English;
• Ability to work in a team environment.
