SUMMARY OF POSITION: Managing, monitoring, and updating the day-to-day marketing technology (e.g., website, analytics, marketing automation). Monitoring and maintaining website health via tools such as analytics, webmaster tools, search console, etc. Utilize the helpdesk to resolve website related tickets. Facilitating metrics ing and analysis. Utilize key learnings to inform future decisions for projects. Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure content is published accurately and properly tagged resulting in enhanced end user experience. Assist with day-to-day project coordination to address challenges. Assist with posting content and approving events as needed.
