We are looking for an individual who is passionate about preparing high-quality dishes and communicating with customers. The Prep Cook is responsible for contributing to the overall restaurant experience by preparing the food following recipes, using fresh ingredients and ensuring plates are presented in a quality manner. Applicants should be able to work seamlessly in a team environment, communicate effectively and have a passion for food and quality service.

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily and weekly cleaning duties for storage areas, food prep areas, and equipment.
• Prepare food according to recipe and ingredient specifications.
• Prepare and package food items for service.
• Perform routine kitchen duties and special projects assigned by the chef or manager.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 – $14.00 per hour
