QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 10 years of bookkeeping experience
• Minimum 5 years of agency experience
• Bachelor’s Degree (BA) from four-year college or university
• Well-versed in QuickBooks Online
• Familiarity with other business tools; we use: Google Workspace, ADP TotalSource, ActiveCollab, Proposable (however, we’ll train you on them)

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Performs Accounting Clerk and Bookkeeper duties
• Sets up new accounts in QuickBooks
• Sets up recurring transactions in QuickBooks
• Sends ad-hoc invoices in QuickBooks
• Records check or wire transfers in QuickBooks
• Enters specific client invoices into corresponding systems
• Updates and audits forecasting documents with accurate information
• Pays freelancers or vendors via corresponding payment platforms
• Monitors past due accounts and send out reminders for collections
• Runs quarterly reports for executive review
• Prepares reports for CPA as needed
• Reconciles bank statements and credit cards
• Enters journal entries for expense reimbursements
• Adjusts errors and issues
