Design To Print, Inc Hiring for Graphics Account Manager Full Time

Design To Print is a grand format printing company with shop locations in Las Vegas and Southern Utah. We create dynamic and specialty design projects for tradeshows, retail, events and more.

We are growing and are looking for an experienced Account Manager with a graphic design and/or pre-press background to administer and organize projects that may include anything from simple activities to more complex plans. You will review graphics and assist customers prepare their graphic submissions to optimize project success. Additionally, you perform various coordinating tasks – such as scheduling and risk management, along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation and handling financial queries. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills, as you’ll collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines. Ultimately, the Graphic Account Manager’s duties are to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget and meet high quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information
• Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes
• Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
• Provide graphic technical expertise for the production of all graphics
• Participates in site surveys as needed to ensure proper planning, and offer suggestions on graphic opportunities and materials
• Works with graphic production with providing projections and materials needed
• Monitors graphic production to ensure quality control and placement of all graphics
• Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
• Make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve
• Help prepare budgets
• Analyze risks and opportunities
• Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
• Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests

Skills

• Prior Pre-press and/or graphic design experience
• Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
• Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
• Familiarity with project management and customer service
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner and Adobe Creative Suite
• Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g. Trello)
• Previous project management experience a plus
